Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment contract via Franz & Wach, focusing on critical quality control and production support within the pharmaceutical sector. The Optical Inspection Operator will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, disinfecting, operating, and monitoring complex optical inspection systems, including the semi-automatic and manual inspection of syringes and vials. Key daily tasks also involve preparing production equipment, performing microbiological environment controls, and meticulously documenting all activities using manufacturing instructions and GMP forms. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training, mandatory fluent German language skills, basic PC proficiency (Excel, Word, MES), and essential knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards. Prior experience in similar tasks and machine operation is beneficial, emphasizing responsibility, communication, and teamwork.
