You will be the primary problem solver, handling the setup and dismantling of IT workstations, resolving incidents both remotely and onsite, and documenting all requests within a ticketing system. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or equivalent, proficiency with MS Windows operating systems and Office applications, and professional experience in client setup and software installation. The ideal candidate has experience with both onsite and remote support, manages tickets while adhering to SLAs, and possesses good German and English skills.
