Job Summary
This role seeks an Electrical Workshop Manager to lead the electrical workshop operations for Huhtamaki, a major Finnish packaging specialist, at their large Ronsberg site. The manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the internal and external technical staff, overseeing all aspects of maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical improvements for site machinery and systems. A key aspect involves actively supporting investment and repair projects, integrating Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, and ensuring continuous technical operational readiness while strictly adhering to VDE regulations and internal safety, quality, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate must possess advanced electrical engineering qualifications (Master Electrician, Technician, or Engineer), proven leadership abilities, and the necessary prerequisites to act as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (vEfk). Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an Energy Electronics Technician (or comparable qualification); Completed advanced training as a Master Electrician (Meister), Technician, or Engineer in the electrical engineering field; Qualifications to be appointed as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (vEfk)
