Job Summary

This role involves conducting essential physical and chemical testing for a leading packaging specialist, ensuring product quality and compliance. The specialist will perform physical tests such as seal seam strength, composite adhesion, friction coefficients, and tensile tests relevant to customer packaging processes. A key part of the job includes participating in customer complaint resolution, involving problem analysis and determining corrective action. The position requires close cooperation with R&D, production, and sales departments, as well as supporting the development team in qualifying new raw materials and products. Candidates must be meticulous, possess analytical thinking skills, and be proficient in applying quality management guidelines (DIN 9001 and BRC Global Standard), while communicating and documenting reports clearly in both German and English.
