Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the IT Security team of a leading European fashion and footwear group, contributing to the digitalization and innovation strategy. The IT Security Engineer will be responsible for the independent planning, implementation, and continuous development of IT security measures within a complex, international system landscape. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and handling security incidents (Incident Response), conducting vulnerability analyses, and developing robust IT security policies and processes aligned with standards like ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of practical IT security experience, strong foundational knowledge in network security, SIEM, and IDS/IPS, and either an Informatics degree or an IT Specialist qualification. This position offers significant scope for design, flat hierarchies, and flexible working models, allowing the engineer to drive sustainable digital transformation and create real added value for the company.
