Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join the Wortmann IT team, a driver of digital innovation and process stability within a leading European fashion group. The IT Security Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, implementation, and monitoring of critical IT security measures, ensuring the continuous operation and maintenance of deployed security solutions. A primary focus involves the independent management of the XDR system, encompassing the analysis and processing of security-relevant events, and providing crucial support for incident response activities. Day-to-day tasks also include overseeing the vulnerability management system, conducting detailed vulnerability analyses in coordination with third parties, and developing and refining essential IT security policies and processes. The ideal candidate possesses several years of relevant IT security experience, knowledge of industry standards, and enthusiasm for new technologies, coupled with strong German and good English language skills.
