Job Summary

As a Release Train Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing the performance of multiple agile teams within the Grid Technology Product Management division. Your day-to-day will involve organizing and leading Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders on shared goals and deliverables. You will oversee the Agile Release Train (ART) activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies to ensure smooth feature delivery. A key part of your role is fostering a culture of continuous improvement through facilitating retrospectives and advocating for SAFe principles. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the efficiency and responsiveness of integrated hardware and software development for high-voltage energy transition applications, contributing to a sustainable and digital grid.
