The technician will serve as the primary on-site contact for service operations globally, conducting systematic fault analyses, troubleshooting, and condition assessments through measurements. A key component of the role is creating detailed documentation, including service reports and site logs. Candidates must possess vocational training in electrical engineering and be prepared for extensive worldwide travel (approx. 90%), including working at heights and potentially on offshore projects. The position offers specialization through in-house training and the opportunity to lead service teams as experience is gained, contributing directly to the global energy transition.

Required Skills

Education

Vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or Electronics Technician)

Experience

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or Electronics Technician)
  • Initial professional experience in service activities related to energy transmission components (desirable)
  • Experience working at heights and on scaffolding
