Job Summary

This role involves joining the Deloitte Cyber Response Team, focusing on Digital Forensics to support national and international clients through Cyber Incidents, eDiscovery, and Computer Forensics projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading computer forensic data backups within complex IT infrastructures, contributing to forensic analysis of log files to investigate attacker behavior post-hacking incidents, and efficiently supporting clients and the team in eDiscovery projects. The position also involves administering the forensic lab and data center, and coordinating IT Security Specialists during projects. Key qualifications include a technical degree in IT Security/Forensic, excellent knowledge of IT infrastructures and operating systems (Windows, Linux, OSX), advanced scripting skills, and a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience, including initial leadership experience. The role requires strong communication skills in both German and English, as well as flexibility and willingness to travel.
