Required Skills

Education

Master's degree, ideally in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field

Experience

  • Initial experience with process documentation tools, preferably Signavio
  • Initial experience in leading projects
  • Initial experience in introducing new tools and processes
  • Familiarity with SAP and relevant supporting products
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes and ITIL
