Job Summary

This role involves leading Building Automation (BA) and Building Management System (BMS) projects of varying sizes across the Berlin-Brandenburg region, from initial clarification and planning through to final acceptance. The Project Manager will act as the key interface between suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams, ensuring safety standards are met on construction sites. Key responsibilities include defining project strategy, managing project phases, and ensuring successful execution according to technical, economic, and schedule requirements. A crucial aspect is identifying opportunities for contract amendments and managing claims. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Building Automation) and have fundamental knowledge of BA, HVAC systems, and ideally, switchgear construction, combined with expertise in contract law and claim management.
