Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Track Maintenance Planner for DB InfraGO AG in Berlin, focusing on coordinating maintenance and repair orders for railway infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial planning, resource and capacity determination, scheduling, and monitoring, through to commercial closing. The planner is responsible for initiating procurement processes, obtaining necessary approvals, coordinating construction capacities, and managing operational registrations (e.g., Betra applications). A key component of the role is conducting plan-actual comparisons for costs and quantities on individual orders and communicating regularly with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming work. The ideal candidate possesses a technical Master Craftsman qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance planning, familiarity with track systems, and proficiency in SAP R/3 Netz and MS Office.

Experience

  • Completed Master Craftsman qualification (e.g., IHK Master) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in maintenance or work preparation/disposition
  • Knowledge of maintenance and order planning for technical track systems
  • Experience with planning and execution of small and large infrastructure repair measures (e.g., prevention)
  • Experience working with SAP R/3 Netz
