Job Summary

This leadership role involves directing a high-performing team of Application Engineers focused on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, specifically for PCB and electronic system design tools. The director will be responsible for providing coaching, guidance, and training to the team, fostering strong collaboration across internal networks (Sales and Portfolio Units) and external customers. A key focus is aligning technical activities with commercial growth objectives, managing resource allocation, and driving new business development by expanding product usage and competitive replacements. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of electronic system design complexity, strong commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills in a global, matrixed environment, and the ability to build trust with senior and C-Level leaders to drive long-term account growth strategies.
