Job Summary
This role involves serving as the Deputy Team Lead for the Personnel Administration team (Nord/Mitte) across Hannover and Wuppertal, overseeing 14 employees. The core responsibilities include team steering, assuming leadership for specific task areas, and ensuring quality standards within the team, including disciplinary and professional guidance. A significant part of the job involves handling complex individual cases in personnel administration, such as evaluating labor law violations, initiating personnel measures, and supporting legal proceedings. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end personnel management of employees, from drafting contracts and monitoring fixed-term agreements to processing applications for educational leave and handling terminations. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in HR, strong knowledge of labor and public service law, and initial leadership experience, offering a secure, full-time position within a crucial organization in the construction industry.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) with a focus on economics, social sciences, or administrative sciences
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in personnel administration
- Ideally, experience in the public service sector
