Job Summary

This critical role involves leading a decentralized team, both technically and personally, dedicated to managing the IT infrastructure and service processes across the German Pension Insurance Federation's (DRV) 21 rehabilitation clinics. The Team Leader will be responsible for steering IT technical tasks specific to the clinical environment, managing overarching central IT service processes, and actively shaping the team's service delivery to meet the high IT requirements of the rehab centers. Key responsibilities include supporting and sustaining change processes, leading and contributing to internal and cross-clinic projects, and representing the Clinical IT domain in various working groups. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree or equivalent IT/business qualification, multi-year experience in the clinical IT sector, and demonstrate strong communication skills and independent work ethic, coupled with fluent German proficiency.
