This role involves providing essential 2nd Level Workplace Support as an IT Service Technician, primarily focusing on field support within the greater Cologne area. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling the repair, installation, and configuration of various end-user devices, such as desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, printers, and mobile scanners. A critical component of the job is providing personalized on-site service to users and resolving technical disruptions both remotely and locally. Candidates must possess professional experience in 2nd level support, strong knowledge of Windows 10 client operating systems, and familiarity with ticketing systems. Furthermore, solid networking skills (WAN, LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN) and the ability to create detailed technical documentation are required.
