Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician responsible for providing high-quality client services and end-user support for the IT workstations of an industrial company. Day-to-day tasks involve processing support requests based on B/F (Break/Fix), IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes), and H+E (Hardware and Equipment) tickets, managing individual project assignments, and delivering essential onsite support for Windows clients directly at the customer's location. The ideal candidate possesses experience in computer configuration, software distribution, fundamental knowledge of networking (including patching), and basic proficiency with standard Windows operating systems. This full-time position, located in Bad Fallingbostel, offers a secure and long-term employment perspective within a supportive and well-coordinated team environment, initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
