Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician in Hof an der Saale involves contributing technical expertise within an established technology company, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in the planning and execution of IT projects, handling and prioritizing requests within 1st and 2nd Level Support, and integrating new solutions into existing network infrastructures. The technician will also provide technical support for hardware and software within client-server systems and assist customers across the entire IT landscape. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational training or technical degree, strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, and practical experience with networking protocols (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP).
