Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for the planning, coordination, and optimization of production processes for an internationally active company specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing detailed production schedules, coordinating the execution of manufacturing orders, and continuously optimizing existing processes to drive improvement. A key part of the job is analyzing performance metrics and data, and overseeing the creation and monitoring of manufacturing orders. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background, such as experience as a machine and plant operator, coupled with several years of practical experience in production planning. Comprehensive knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and fluent German language skills are essential, along with a strong focus on service orientation, reliability, and resilience. This position offers an opportunity to establish yourself permanently within the client's team, working in a regulated three-shift system.
