This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support within an industrial company setting in Marklkofen. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT workstations company-wide. Day-to-day tasks include providing direct onsite support for Windows client operating systems, printers, network components, and telecommunication devices. A key function involves localizing and resolving errors directly for the user and processing service requests via a ticketing system, IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) procedures, and providing 'Hands and Eyes' support. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of hardware (PCs, notebooks, printers, IP telephony), proficiency with standard software like O365 and Adobe, and foundational networking skills, particularly in patching.
