Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally active electrical engineering company located near Munich, focusing on critical customer service and operational support. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the central interface, managing and prioritizing orders in collaboration with various internal departments, including Customs, Legal, Warehouse, Shipping, and IT. Key responsibilities involve ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining price master data for sales companies and distributors, and contributing to the assurance of operating profit and cash flow for products. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial vocational qualification or a degree in Business Administration, coupled with initial experience using ERP systems like SAP SD or Oracle. This position requires excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, a customer-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English.

Completed commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications or a degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a related field

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in a similar function
