This role is crucial for establishing and functionally managing a new lightning protection department. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, inspection, and maintenance of advanced lightning protection systems within the industrial park, alongside coordinating the on-site assembly team. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to relevant standards (e.g., DIN EN 62305, VDE), provide technical consultation to clients, and manage quality, safety, and deadlines. Key qualifications include a technical background in electronics or mechatronics, ideally with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
