Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Radio Frequency (RF) Technician within Hamburg's largest energy distribution network operator. The primary responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of RF system technology, infrastructure, and endpoints crucial for network operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning, coordinating, and documenting the setup and troubleshooting of systems, managing material procurement, and overseeing external service providers, including commissioning and invoicing. A core technical duty is conducting and evaluating RF measurements to determine optimal locations for receiving antennas, alongside independent troubleshooting of radio connections and configuring mobile radio modems. The position requires a State-Certified Technician qualification in telecommunications, practical knowledge of TETRA and mobile radio standards, and basic IP networking skills.
