Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Service Desk Agent to join an established support team, providing essential IT support within a technology group in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors, identifying and escalating complex issues, and providing First Level Support via phone and a ticket system (Service Now). The agent will also evaluate technical customer inquiries and advise on end devices, applications, and IT processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification, alongside technical and organizational understanding, and proven experience in IT Support or a Service Desk environment.
