Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive IT support and consulting to existing and new customers, leading critical infrastructure projects such as server replacements and client exchange initiatives, and setting up complete IT infrastructures from scratch. Key technical duties involve the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Client and Server environments, managing Office Suites, and implementing and administering Microsoft 365 and firewalls.
