Job Summary
This role involves contributing to the digitalization and organizational efforts within the Central Service and Organization department of Kreis Stormarn, a vibrant and economically strong district in Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating digitalization projects, conducting job evaluations, and advising various departments on optimizing processes and implementing digital solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of organizational workflows, project management methodologies, and a background in public administration or a relevant economic field. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) in Municipal Administration with a completed Angestelltenlehrgang II, OR a completed business-oriented degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Digital Project Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in project management methodologies
- Professional experience in job evaluation (desirable)
- 2 years of professional experience in the public service, with a focus on finance (if holding a business-oriented degree)
