Job Summary
This role involves establishing and developing a robust controlling system for the Safety and Hazard Prevention Department within the Stormarn district administration. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in financial and organizational guidance, offering expert advice on budgetary and administrative law matters. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quarterly and annual reports, supporting the departmental leadership, and continuously improving the internal control system. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and leadership. Required Skills
Education
• Successfully completed civil service examination for "General Services", 2nd career group, 1st entry-level, or • Successfully completed training as a Public Administration Clerk (Kommunalverwaltung) with a successfully completed Angestelltenlehrgang II, or • Successfully completed business-oriented degree (e.g., Business Administration B.A., Economics B.A.)
Experience
- Professional experience in implementing project-related tasks
- Comprehensive knowledge of municipal double-entry bookkeeping (Doppik)
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to undertake further training to become a "Municipal Accountant SH" (Kommunale Bilanzbuchhalter/in SH)
- Class B driving license
