Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Manufacturing Associate or Technician who thrives in a highly regulated cleanroom environment and prefers active, manual work over traditional lab tasks. You will be responsible for the precise, manual execution of potentiation steps for both solid and liquid substances, adhering to anthroposophical principles. Key daily activities include the manufacturing and testing of critical intermediate products, such as isotonic solutions and sugar syrups, alongside meticulous documentation of all procedures and transactions within SAP. The position requires a completed technical qualification (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, PTA, CTA, BTA) or proven professional experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food manufacturing. Success requires strong physical resilience, exceptional concentration, and flexibility to work alternating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
