Job Summary
This role involves joining a dedicated 20-person team at WALA Heilmittel GmbH, a foundation-owned company focused on sustainable medicine. You will be responsible for the manual potentization and processing of solid and liquid substances within a high-standard cleanroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include the production and testing of intermediate products such as isotonic solutions, sugar syrups, and infusions, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. You will perform identity and quantity controls, document all manufacturing steps in SAP, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production workflows. This position is unique for its focus on anthroposophic pharmaceutical manufacturing and its commitment to environmental sustainability. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM, offering a collaborative culture where employees share in the company's annual success.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, CTA, BTA, PTA, Chemical Production Specialist, Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Biology Laboratory Assistant, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical or chemical production environments
- Experience working under cleanroom conditions and strict hygiene requirements
- Practical knowledge of GMP guidelines and manufacturing documentation
- Experience with manual processing of solid and liquid substances
- Experience using SAP for production bookings and documentation
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (6:00 AM to 10:30 PM). Must be willing to learn anthroposophic pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing methods.
