Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated 20-person team at WALA Heilmittel GmbH, a foundation-owned company focused on sustainable medicine. You will be responsible for the manual potentization and processing of solid and liquid substances within a high-standard cleanroom environment. Day-to-day tasks include the production and testing of intermediate products such as isotonic solutions, sugar syrups, and infusions, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. You will perform identity and quantity controls, document all manufacturing steps in SAP, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production workflows. This position is unique for its focus on anthroposophic pharmaceutical manufacturing and its commitment to environmental sustainability. The role operates on a rotating shift schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM, offering a collaborative culture where employees share in the company's annual success.
