Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT System Administrator joining a dedicated 18-member technical team within a family-oriented IT system house. The primary function is to act as the comprehensive internal IT department for various clients across different industries in the regional area spanning from Lübeck to Hamburg. Key responsibilities include the full administration of Windows Server environments, diverse customer networks, and modern Cloud applications such as Microsoft 365. The administrator will also be tasked with planning and independently executing both small and large IT projects and migrations, conducting IT analyses, and developing tailored IT concepts. A successful candidate must possess formal training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an IT Systems Electronics Technician, or demonstrate equivalent passion and expertise. Required technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Server OS, Hyper-V, TCP/IP networking, IT security, and firewall management.
