Job Summary

This role involves joining a close-knit IT system house of 18 technical professionals to provide comprehensive IT infrastructure support for a diverse range of corporate clients. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of IT solutions, from initial conception and planning to implementation and long-term maintenance. Your day-to-day activities will include managing Windows Server environments, administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), and configuring network security components like firewalls and VPNs. The position offers high levels of autonomy, allowing you to manage projects independently both remotely and on-site for clients in the Lübeck to Hamburg region. This role is particularly attractive due to its family-like company culture, 30 days of annual leave, flexible working hours with home office options, and the provision of a company car for private use. It is an ideal environment for a technical professional seeking variety, modern workspaces, and professional development opportunities within a supportive team.
