Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Technical Facility Management Specialist to act as a hands-on "all-rounder" at the Stuttgart location. Day-to-day responsibilities involve receiving, analyzing, and resolving basic technical faults, performing routine repair, maintenance, and upkeep services, and ensuring proper documentation. The specialist will also contribute to maintaining the grounds (green and grey areas), assisting with internal office moves, and providing comprehensive technical support for in-house events, including setup and dismantling. Key qualifications include a completed vocational trade qualification, a reliable and customer-focused approach, and proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
