Job Summary

This role is ideal for a hands-on, skilled tradesperson acting as an all-rounder in technical building management at the Stuttgart location. The core responsibilities involve being the first point of contact for technical issues, performing basic troubleshooting, and independently executing minor repairs, maintenance, and upkeep tasks. Additionally, the specialist will be involved in maintaining the property's grounds (green and gray areas), assisting with internal office moves, and providing comprehensive support for in-house events, including setup and teardown. The successful candidate must possess a completed vocational trade qualification, demonstrate reliability, customer orientation, and proficiency with standard MS Office applications.
