Job Summary

This role is for a Senior IT Project Management Expert to join one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, driving digitalization within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The core responsibility involves leading large-scale or multi-projects within the Application Development sector, ensuring successful delivery of software initiatives. Day-to-day activities include defining, coordinating, and gaining acceptance for project content, rigorous budget and time management, and crucial interface management across various stakeholders. The expert will ensure adherence to company-specific project management standards (GPM/IPMA/PMP/PMI) throughout all phases and collaborate actively with Quality Management to maintain documentation integrity. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, combined with at least six years of successful leadership experience in software development projects, along with strong communication and team leadership skills.
