Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the critical processes related to electricity metering and supply within DB Energie GmbH, the energy manager for Deutsche Bahn. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and recording meter master and measurement data in IT systems, coordinating meter change and installation processes, and ensuring high data quality through systematic reporting and deviation management. A key focus is on executing and monitoring business processes for electricity customer supply (GPKE) and metering change processes (WIM-Strom), including complex case management. The ideal candidate has a background in energy or business administration, is proficient with IT tools, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills necessary to handle customer inquiries and manage operational data effectively in a dynamic environment.
