This is a structured, twelve-month trainee program designed to prepare recent graduates for a responsible position within the Smart Buildings Sales organization at Siemens Smart Infrastructure. The successful candidate will immediately join the team, focusing on developing comprehensive sales strategies and designing customized, smart, and sustainable solutions for clients, covering areas like building technology, e-mobility, and cybersecurity. Day-to-day tasks involve active customer requirement analysis, developing technical concepts, and supporting project implementation from initial analysis to successful delivery. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Supply Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering (with a focus on technology), or Economics (with a technical reference)
Experience
- Practical experience in building or security technology (e.g., through internships, apprenticeships, or student work)
- Professional experience in customer and partner communication
