Job Summary

This role involves managing the entire IT infrastructure within the plant environment, focusing specifically on the Frankfurt facilities. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of network and server structures, including capturing requirements, analysis, planning, prioritization, coordination, and deployment to meet current and future operational needs. A key focus is on defining solutions and possibilities while strictly adhering to information security processes and regulations, actively contributing to the development of sustainable network and server architectures. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user acceptance tests, providing final approval for production deployment, creating comprehensive infrastructure documentation and processes, and resolving system failures. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses extensive knowledge of network technologies (Routing, VLAN, Firewall), and has multi-year experience in administering complex network and server architectures. Success in this position requires a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills in both German and English for international collaboration.
