Job Summary

This role involves the commissioning and integration of computer-aided control systems for automated rail infrastructure, focusing on Control and Safety Technology (Leittechnik). The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for setting up and integrating complex systems, including installing, configuring, and administering Windows and Linux-based operating systems within customer networks. Key daily tasks include integrating and testing system expansions, performing modifications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with normative and safety requirements. The ideal candidate must have a completed electro-technical vocational training, further qualification as a certified technician or signal technician, and relevant professional experience in commissioning and maintaining OT/IT or automation systems.
