Job Summary

This role seeks an Associate Pentester specializing in Red Team methodologies to join the global Cybersecurity Assurance function, providing objective and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board. You will conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments across Siemens’ diverse environment, including IT/OT infrastructures, products, and software development centers. Day-to-day tasks involve performing ethical hacking, designing sophisticated attack scenarios, and applying red team tools and techniques to mimic real-world threat behaviors against cloud applications and on-premise systems. A key responsibility is translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable management information. Candidates must possess a strong academic background (Bachelor's degree) in IT or Computer Science, coupled with at least two years of full-time professional penetration testing experience. Required Skills

Education

Experience
