Job Summary
This role is perfect for an experienced Electrical Engineer passionate about sustainable energy solutions, specifically focusing on placing vacuum technology combined with Clean Air Isolation into the market for the next generation of switchgear. As the Product Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy for the 8DAB product family, driving its market introduction and active ramp-up to meet target volumes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market requirements, identifying competitive advantages, developing specifications (Lasten- and Pflichtenhefte), conducting economic evaluations, and coordinating technical analyses. A key component of the role involves training regional teams, managing marketing materials, and ensuring product homologation. The position requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to inspire global partners, making it an attractive opportunity to shape the future of sustainable electrification infrastructure.

Experience
- Long-term professional experience in Electrical Engineering
- Professional experience in medium voltage technology, particularly in the primary distribution level
- Professional experience in the product and system business
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse partners
- Active participation in electrotechnical committees (e.g., CIGREE, VDE)
