Job Summary

As a Senior Bid Manager for Customer Services Rail Infrastructure, you will be responsible for complex customer projects within railway automation and electrification bids. Your day-to-day work involves creating competitive proposals in collaboration with international regional units, steering the relevant bid teams (e.g., Engineering, Purchasing, IT), and preparing and conducting PM@Mobility Milestone sessions. You will define and represent the bid and execution strategies, ensuring adequate resources for timely and high-quality proposal submission, escalating issues when necessary. A core part of the role is ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality gates (like Limits of Authority) and presenting projects up to the management board. Successful candidates will possess a Master's degree in a technical field like Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, extensive experience in contract, project, or risk management, preferably within rail automation/electrification, and proven ability to lead international teams.
