Job Summary

This Senior Engineer role focuses on coaching and training global teams and clients in High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) protection technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer presentations and training sessions, continuously optimizing course content through research and experimentation, and adapting learning materials to align with new technical innovations and customer needs. The ideal candidate will observe current technology trends, design applications and prototypes for new products, and assist in creating marketing and sales presentations. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, extensive experience in the installation and/or application of protection technology, and fluent communication skills in both German and English. This position offers the opportunity to become a Siemens Certified Professional Trainer and work within an international environment, driving the transition to sustainable and reliable energy systems.
