Job Summary
This role is for a technically proficient professional specializing in 2nd Level Support for Windows and/or Linux environments within a complex IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server, network, and virtualization systems. The specialist will analyze and resolve technical faults, contribute to the planning and implementation of system architectures, and ensure seamless operations through continuous performance optimization and security policy maintenance. Key requirements include current knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Office365 and MS Teams. This position is attractive due to its focus on modern technologies, involvement in large-scale projects (migrations, rollouts), and the security of an unlimited employment contract, requiring strong technical skills and excellent German language proficiency (C1 minimum).
