Job Summary

This role involves leading service projects focused on district heating concepts, including transformation planning and feasibility studies, serving as the primary contact for clients from project initiation through presentation of results. The Manager will independently develop climate-friendly concepts for heating networks and systems, monitoring performance stages according to HOAI phases 1-4, which includes data acquisition, calculation coordination, result interpretation, and report generation. A key responsibility is the technical coordination of interdisciplinary project teams (around five members) and continuous engagement with relevant external stakeholders, requiring willingness to travel. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (Master/Diploma), possesses initial experience in strategic heating or district planning, and is proficient in handling large datasets, ideally with some exposure to Python programming and geodata.
