Job Summary

This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining critical IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, backup, and cloud systems. The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing optimization strategies. Key day-to-day tasks include leading infrastructure projects such as migrations and upgrades, complex incident analysis and resolution, and supporting strategic decisions by creating infrastructure status reports and recommending future upgrades. The analyst will also research new technologies, evaluate vendor solutions, and ensure security and compliance requirements are met, assisting with internal and external audits. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of enterprise IT experience, deep technical knowledge in server administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, coupled with familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
