Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the IT department of DOM Sicherheitstechnik, a leading manufacturer of innovative locking systems. The Head of IT will manage both operational activities and strategic development, driving the digitalization and modernization of the entire IT landscape. Key responsibilities include ensuring the optimal utilization of critical SAP systems, overseeing the IT budget, and leading diverse IT projects in close collaboration with specialized departments and external service providers. A major focus is placed on guaranteeing security and stability, including the implementation of critical cybersecurity standards such as NIS2 and ISO 27001. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of IT management experience, and proven ability to lead and develop a team of approximately 10 employees through clear communication and results-oriented coaching. Excellent German and good English skills are prerequisites for this influential position.
