Job Summary

As the Head of IT, you will hold overall responsibility for the IT department, driving both strategic development and operational excellence. A core focus of this role is leveraging your deep SAP expertise to ensure optimal system utilization and leading diverse IT projects, coordinating closely with internal departments and external service providers. You will manage the IT budget, optimize efficiency, and be critical in implementing robust cybersecurity standards, including NIS2 and ISO 27001. You are tasked with ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the entire IT infrastructure and architecture, including interfaces and reporting systems. A key requirement is leading and developing a 10-person team, guiding them through clear communication and coaching. This is a crucial, permanent position for someone with a background in Computer Science or Business Informatics and several years of IT management experience, ready to spearhead the digitalization and modernization of the entire IT landscape.
