Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified electrical professional to join a leading technology services firm, focusing on the critical testing and documentation of electrical switching systems across Germany. The Service Technician will be responsible for the inspection and documentation of low-voltage switchgear according to VDE 0100 and VDE 0105, as well as medium and high-voltage switchgear according to VDE 0101. Key duties include testing protection devices and transformers using specialized Omicron testing equipment, and performing inspections of electrical installations and operating equipment (VDE 0701/0702) in industrial facilities, including those with automation technology. The ideal candidate must have a completed electrical qualification (Electrician, Technician, or Master Electrician preferred), a strong understanding of technical drawings and schematics, and be willing to travel extensively throughout Germany.
