Job Summary

As an Electrical Technician in Plant Engineering, you will play a critical role in advancing industrial technologies by managing the full lifecycle of electrotechnical systems. Your daily responsibilities will include the assembly, installation, and maintenance of complex electrical plants, alongside performing diagnostic troubleshooting and fault rectification using S7 and TIA Portal. You will also be responsible for updating circuit diagrams via EPlan P8 and modernizing switchgear systems during commissioning phases. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, or a further qualification as a State-Certified Electrical Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in automation technology or industrial engineering is preferred
  • Practical experience in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of electrotechnical plants
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting using Siemens S7 or TIA Portal
  • Experience in documenting electrical systems and modifying schematics using EPlan P8
  • Experience in the modernization and commissioning of switchgear systems
