Job Summary
This role involves driving the next level of technological solutions by focusing on model-driven requirements engineering for motor electronics variants (RRPS). The Software Requirements Engineer will be responsible for documenting requirements using SYSML and MBSE methods, specifically leveraging Vector PREEvision. Key daily tasks include analyzing and defining the E/E system context and boundaries, conducting stakeholder interviews to elicit requirements, and documenting them in a model-driven approach. The ideal candidate will also derive system architectures, moderate SW architecture creation, and ensure requirement quality, completeness, and traceability. Success in this position requires a technical degree, proficiency in Model-Driven Requirements Engineering (SYSML, UML), and the ability to think abstractly, acting as a role model for introducing new methodologies.

Education
Technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
Experience
- Professional experience in requirements engineering and documentation
- Experience with Model-Driven Requirements Engineering methods (SYSML, UML)
- Experience with PREEvision is desirable
- Experience in defining and analyzing E/E system boundaries
